If you experience a technical issue that prevents access to your purchased product, please contact us for assistance. We will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis and may issue a replacement or provide support where appropriate.
You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, without providing a reason.
Refunds are generally not available for fully delivered or downloaded digital products, except where required by law.
